SEARCH FOR 10 OUTSTANDING DOCTORS— Health Secretary Francisco Duque III (third from left) cites the importance of the ‘2008 Search for Ten Outstanding Filipino Physicians (TOFP)’ organized by the Department of Health and JCI Senate Philippines supported by PhilHealth and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, during a weekly Health Forum attended by former Health Secretary Jaime Galvez Tan and Philippine Medical Association president Rey Melchor Santos. THE TOFP program is aimed at encouraging Filipino doctors anchored on the theme “Serving and caring for our countrymen are the best works of life.”
