Thank Rep. De Venecia. That building is an important part of not only of Dagupan City’s history but that of the Philippines. My wife talks about seeing the General when she was a school girl. Properly developed the building could be a part of the development of the tourist industry. The strategic brilliance of General MacArthur and his Navy counterpart Fleet Admiral Chester Nimitz were a major part of the victory in the Pacific.
