How many deadlines do the illegal fish pen owners need. Mayor Benjamin Lim had cleared the rivers of illegal fish pens. After Her Highness won her first election to the Mayor’s Office the fish pens grew unrestrained in the river. The illegal fish pen owners thought they would get a free pass from the incoming mayor. They were partly right. She gave the illegal owners time to let the fish mature. The mayor has been reelected and from what I am reading there are still illegal fish pens. Are the fish in the illegal fish pens still maturing? If so then it should be publicized. Dagupan won the Guinness Book of World Records for having the world’s longest barbecue. Dagupan City should now contact Guinness again for having the longest maturing fish in pens in the world.
