Re: Sual gov’t, fish cage operators face CDO

If control of the amount of fish cages remain remiss, eventually the municipality will be faced with the dilemma that Dagupan City is constantly facing, a continuous battle against illegal fish pen operators, fish kills due to due to overcrowding and lack of oxygen and damage to the ecology of the waters.
