Are you aware of the mugging incident that happened last August 21, 2015 where an 80 plus something years-old (ex Dagupan City fiscal Johnny/Juan Siapno) was badly beaten by a suspect who was possibly high on drug?

The victim, my brother in law was left unconscious after the rock blow to his head, sustained fractured skull in different places (possible brain-damaged), smashed cheekbones, wounds in different parts of his body.

He is comatose and prognosis is not good.

Police is investigating and hopefully the suspect is apprehended to face justice. Hopefully, the suspect gets caught thru the combined help of the public/Sunday
