Re: Inquiry of Pacquaio’s injury

The Nevada Athletic Commission has thrown the ball at the Nevada Asst. Atty. General court, who started its investigation on the … medical questionnaire form … he had signed stating he has no physical injury a day before the fight.

Pacquiao checked the “NO” box to the question, “Have you had any injury to your shoulders hands, elbows that needed evaluation or examination?”

THE CAT OUT THE BAG . . .

But, out of arrogance and the possibility of idiocy, Pacquiao, trainer Freddie Roach, and promoter Bob Arum conceded after the action, that Pacquiao had injured his … shoulder … early April before the ballyhooed “Fight of the Century” crap, and receiving treatment, with all the drugs the painkillers for his shoulder.

THE “SHOT” HEARD AROUND THE WORLD . . .

Before Pacquiao entered the ring, he was expecting a … shot … of Toradol, an anti-inflammatory drug, but the NAC (Nevada Athletic Commission) did not allow because on what Pacquiao signed in the questionnaire.

THE LAMER-THAN-A-LAME-DUCK OF EXCUSES . . .

Team Pacquiao claimed, the NAC was informed of his injured … shoulder … and that they disclosed it to the USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency) which approved the treatment.

However, the NAC chairman Francisco Aguilar maintained, the commission was not aware of Pacquiao’s injury based on the pre-fight medical … questionnaire … clearly stating Pacquiao has no injury.

“Just because they disclosed it to the USADA they disclosed it to the commission,” said Aguilar. “Furthermore, USADA has no jurisdiction over the event. It’s the Nevada Athletic Commission and not the federal anti-doping agency, that regulates professional boxing matches in Nevada.”

THE BOMB READY TO EXPLODE . . .

With the Nevada Atty. General office started poking its nose, and a class action lawsuit filed at the US District Court – it could get worse!
