“THE dismantling and demolition of the remaining 11 illegal fish pens in Dagupan City will continue until June at which time the grace period extended to these shall have lapsed” reads the first line of the article.

Didn’t I read a couple of weeks ago that ALL the illegal fish pens had been demolished. Oh, I forgot. Another grace period. This one will expire May 15th. What’s this? I thought the grace period expired six month after Her Highness took office. Oh yeah, I think she had her fingers crossed when she made that first statement of that grace period to allow the fish to mature.

On another subject. I’m glad that Former Mayor Lim of having his dream of letting the world know that the best tasting bangus comes from Dagupan City. Finally, the bangus, again as Benjamin Lim first envisioned, has come to fruition. By tagging the bangus, everyone who savors a tagged fish will know it came from Dagupan City. Congratulation, Benjamin Lim. Sr. Your conception of tagging the bangus has put Dagupan City on the world map.
