Re: City hall sets MC Adore sale
Regarding the sale of the MC Adore Hotel. The hotel is set for sale by bidding. I thought Her Highness Belen Fernandez was a businesswoman. Being in business she should know that the P106.2 was the floor price and at the time of the bidding that price could rise.
Madame Belen should also remember that the economy dictates the PRESENT market value not the hotel’s P120 M. zonal value in 2007.
Here in California a house valued at a million dollars in 2007 is now worth about half that. Economy and condition of the property dictates the price, not what Her Highness thinks it should be. If Madame Fernandez was thinking of acquiring the MC Adore she would be insistent that the property was not worth one million pesos.
