To the new PNP P/Chief Luizo Ticman:
Sir, the clandestine drug laboratory in La Union is just one of the laboratories in the Philippines.
Why not make on the spot inspection of the big warehouses in your jurisdiction. We believe that high ranking officials are the main mastermind of the drug laboratories.
We also believe that some barangay captains are involved.
If you have time, why not check all the nearby islands in which we believe that it is the dumping ground of the drug merchant.
Ito lang po ang hinala ng mga tao na nakakaintindi sa nanayayari sa ating lipunan.
