In Dagupan City, we are seeing an infra program that is being done in reverse! Yes, but for the best interest of everyone.
City residents can’t help but praise Mayor Belen Fernandez for her road and street uplift work.
A barangay Malued resident was calling the attention to the still unpaved portion of the road which is used every day by hundreds of vehicles coming and going to and from Dagupan-Sta. Barbara/San Carlos City routes!
Based on our talk with the mayor, we got a briefing naka programa na pala ang road paving on the major road by the DPWH.
So as a tactical strategy, Mayor Belen has mobilized the engineering crews to do the interiors, instead of just adopting a wait and do later.
Magaling! Walang manpower waste and completion of work is fast!
Have you visited the Bonuan beach area?
If not yet, better do now and you will be amazed by the new refreshing look! We were told Mayor Belen – Rep. Toff de Venecia have forged a partnership to undertake a P75-M Tondaligan beach road similar to what Rep. Pol Bataoil- Gov. Pogi Espino did in Lingayen.
Btw, mag te-turnover rites tomorrow between outgoing DE Rodolfo Dion, who just retired, and OIC Engr. Venus Torio in Lingayen tomorrow. Boy did a good job. I hope Venus will be able to match his performance.
Engr. Venus was a hardworking staff at the region then under RD Pepe Rigor now under Director Ronnel Tan.
As Christians would say, everything is working for good.
Dagupan City has never had it so good! It took a woman to do it!
