BUMPY, MUDDY BARANGAY ORAD

LINGAYEN – “Kailan kaya maaayos?”

Residents of Barangay Quibaol and Basing here continued to complain about their barangay road full of path holes. Many wondered when will it ever be fixed.

Richard Fajardo, Facebook user commented.

On a Facebook post made by a barangay resident on August 23, that had over 400 shares and hundreds of reactions, many commented and expressed their sentiments, describing their situation whenever they pass through the Lingayen-Urbiztondo dike road. Some even tagged Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil just so their problem will be noticed and addressed.

Most of the street lights ay pundido halos hndi mo makita ang dinadaanan mo. Bakit ganito napapabayaan?

The local government responded initially by delivering sand and gravel to temporarily cover the path holes.

On August 25, barangay residents had conducted a clean-up drive while path holes were fixed. (Melody Valenton)
