Pangasinenses take PMA entrance exam

LINGAYEN—Some 600 Pangasinan residents who applied online for the Philippine Military Academy (PMA)nationwide simultaneous entrance exam today are expected to troop to the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC).

For future reference, Maj. Vergel Lalangan, PMA Center for Leadership and Excellence assistant director, enumerated the requirements for PMA applicants: natural born Filipino citizen; physically fit and of good moral character; single and have not sired or given birth to a child; at least 5 feet in height for both male and female applicants; at least 17 years old and a day older than 22 years old on June 1, 2020; at least senior high school with 85 percent grade point average. Persons with tattoos are not qualified

“The exam will cover algebra, basic statistics, geometry, grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and numerical and pattern analysis. There will also be limited physical review on the applicants,” he said. (Helen Martin)
