UPang Flames unite for mass blood donation
THE Pangasinan Red Cross collected 539 blood bags by the time the last donor stood up by the end of the Mass Blood Donation held at the PHINMA University of Pangasinan Students’ Plaza organized by the Medical Technology Students Association.
Kenneth Samera, 18, a freshman Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science, on his third blood donation said: “Akala ko noon bilang estudyante eh wala pa akong maitutulong sa lipunan, pero meron pala akong dugo na makapagligtas ng tatlong buhay.”
It was the third time for Rommel V. Garcia, a college instructor and said he will continue doing it.
