PDEA nabs two HVT pushers
TWO persons were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Dagupan Police in Barangay Lucao in Dagupan City.
Dexter Asayco, Provincial Officer of PDEA Pangasinan identified the two poseur suspects as Nicanor “Boyet” Palisoc and Roel “Nonog” Montero, both residents in the area.
The two were arrested along the De Venecia Highway in Barangay Lucao.
PDEA considers the two suspects as high value targets (HVT) reportedly also operating in nearby towns of Mangaldan, San Fabian, and Calasiao.
The members of the anti-drug group confiscated seized some 50 grams of suspected shabu with a street value od PHP 340,000, cellphones, and a motorcycle used by the suspects.
“Between the two, Palisoc is elusive, as he usually operates and deals drugs inside inns to evade arrest”, said an arresting officer of PDEA.
Both the police and PDEA are now tracking their suppliers and others in their network listed in the suspects’ mobile phones.
