P’SINAN HAILED BY PAG-IBIG AS TOP EMPLOYER IN NORTH LUZON. Governor Amado I. Espino, III receives the plaque of recognition for the province of Pangasinan as by the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) as the top employer in North Luzon. Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. (5th from right) presented the award to Governor Espino after the flag-raising ceremony on June 24 at the Capitol Plaza. This award recognized Pangasinan’s support to Pag-IBIG programs on membership, loans and remittances of members’ savings and loan amortizations. Also in photo are: Board members Jeremy Agerico B.
