3 BUILDINGS SOON TO RISE INSIDE THE CAPITOL COMPLEX. Governor Amado I. Espino, III lowers the time capsule as he leads the groundbreaking ceremonies of the three buildings soon to rise inside the Capitol Complex on May 27, namely Legislative Building, Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) Building and PEO Warehouse. The two-storey Legislative Building, which has a total floor area of 2,305.94 square meters, will be utilized by the legislative department of the province while the two buildings – PEO Building (864.48 sq. m) and PEO Warehouse Building (1,008 sq. m) will be used by the engineering department of the provincial government.
