4 arrested in drug buy-bust
LINGAYEN—Four persons were arrested by the police in separate police operations in towns last Holy Tuesday, according to the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office.
In Sta. Barbara, arrested in buy-bust operations was Ruel Manongdo Dioquino, 40, a newly identified drug personality. He was arrested by joint teams of the Sta. Barbara police, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company and the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office in a buy-bust operation conducted in Barangay Matic-matic, Sta. Barbara.
He sold one sachet of shabu to a police poseur-buyer who paid the marked money of three P100 bills.
Arrested in Calasiao in a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Miguel, was Randy Estacio, alias “Nanding”, 41, a mini-bus driver, of Barangay Banaoang, Sta. Barbaba.
Taken from the suspect were one sachet of shabu and the marked money of P500 bill.
In Pozorrubio, Joselito Maño, 18, and his unidentified minor female companion, whose name was withheld, were arrested by the police while acting suspiciously along Rizal Street in Pozorrubio at 10:05 p.m. that day. A sachet of dried marijuana leaves was found in the possession of Maño. (Leonardo Micua)
