Jail visitor caught with drug paraphernalia
URDANETA CITY–A woman was caught en
flagrante delicto with illegal drug paraphernalia when she visited her
relatives detained at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)
district jail on February 26.
Confiscated by jail guards from Vilma Belvis, 52, a widow of Barangay Bayaoas,
Urdaneta City were seven plastic sachets, seven aluminum foil strips, two
improvised tooters, five improvised aluminum strips and three assorted
lighters.
Belvis was endorsed by BJMP to the Urdaneta City Police led by P/Superintendent
John Guiagui for disposition.
Belvis is facing a case for
