GOV. ESPINO LEADS BLESSING OF 1 MOBILE CLINIC BUS WITH GEN SET AND 1 MAN LIFT TRUCK. Governor Amado I. Espino, III leads the blessing of the newly-acquired Mobile Diagnostic and Treatment Clinic Bus with generator set and man lift truck at Motorpool Compound on March 25. Equipped with apparatus like digital X-ray machine , laboratory for blood chem, urinalysis, hematology and operating room for minor surgeries, the said mobile clinic bus is in addition to the two dental buses of the provincial government used in the Kalusugan Karaban to further fast-track the delivery of healthcare services to less-privileged Pangasinenses. /SMDG (Photos by MVSadim)
