ALAMINOS CITY–A notorious theft and a murderer, tagged as Baguio City’s No. 1 Most Wanted Person, was arrested on February 6 in Dampay Street, Poblacion in Alaminos City.

The suspect, Marites Rilloraza Judan, was nabbed by the police with her live-in partner Manuel Carbonel Balangatan.

Judan, dubbed as the “killer maid” with aliases “Marites Relloraza”, “Florence Macaalay”, “Marites De Guzman”, “Brenda Mendoza” and “Brenda Ducusin” is the prime suspect in the killing of 15-year-old Allery Wagayen of Pinsao Proper, Baguio City on May 24, 2016.

She was also linked to the recent robbery incidents in Sta Cruz, Ilocos Sur last January 5, 2019 and a case of  Qualified Theft perpetrated in Bangar, La Union.

Judan was arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 3 in Baguio City, Regional Trial Court Branch 34 Balaoan La Union and a case of  adultery issued by  RTC Branch 3.

P/Chief Superintendent Romulo E Sapitula, police regional director, said the arrest of Judan was the result of painstaking intelligence efforts by the joint police operatives and encouraged all the victims of Judan to come forward and file charges against her. (Leonardo Micua)
