Drug dealer nabbed with gun, shabu
SAN QUINTIN–A construction worker from
Barangay Lagasit here was arrested when lawmen served a search warrant in his
house for violation of Republic Act No. 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms
and Ammunition) and RA No. 9165 in the early morning of January 30.
Arrested in a search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court presiding Judge
Emma Ines-Parajas was one Rudy Nacion, 55.
Seized from his house were one Caliber 38 revolver with five bullets, three
sachets containing shabu, one aluminum foil and one empty sachet with shabu residue.
The suspect is now in the custody of the San Quintin Police. (Leonardo
