NATIONAL READING MONTH – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez reads a story to grade school pupils of Federico N. Ceralde Integrated School, Bonuan Binloc during a storytelling session held inside their classroom on November 27. Mayor Fernandez is engaging young pupils in storytelling sessions as part of the nationwide celebration of Department of Education’s National Reading Month this November.
