Espino welcomes two new young officials to Capitol

LINGAYEN – Gov. Amado Espino III welcomed the two 22-year-old newly-elected Liga ng mga Barangay president Art Bryan C. Celeste and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Jerome Vic O. Espino as the latest addition to the province’s officialdom during the regular flag raising ceremony on August 6.

Board member Espino said he will serve as the voice of the young generation and vowed to serve and work hand-in-hand with the present leadership.

Espino, who hails from Bautista town and the son of the late Victor Totaan Espino and Luzvimina Odon Tagulao, is a graduate of BS in Business Administration at the University of Santo Tomas and is currently studying to earn his degree in Bachelor of Laws.

Board Member Celeste, son of Alaminos City Mayor Arthur Del Fierro Celeste nee Chloue Caasi Celeste of Bolinao town, is a graduate of BS Entrepreneurship at the De La Salle University. He was elected as Punong Barangay of Magsaysay village in the city of Alaminos in the recent barangay elections.
