Cellphone theft also yields marijuana
NATIVIDAD — An arrested theft suspect in Barangay Bachelor East found himself in far more serious problem after the police arrested him for stealing a cellphone.
Found in his possession also was one heat-sealed transparent sachet of dried marijuana leaves and two marijuana sticks.
The suspect, Denny Dominguez, 37, a newly emerged drug personality in Natividad, yielded the stolen Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro owned by Van Lyndon Rivera.
A case for Violation of Article II, Section 11 of Republic Act 9165 and a separate case of theft were filed against the suspect. (Leonardo Micua)
