TWENTY-two suspects, including two 15-year old boys, were arrested in intensified operations of the Philippine Drug Enforcement- Region 1 and Pangasinan PNP’s Drug Enforcement Team last week.

John Carlo Agustin, a 15-year-old out-of-school youth was nabbed win a buy-bust operation in Sta. Maria town. He attempted to sell one sachet of marijuana while Carlos Miguel del Mundo, 15 years old student at Calmay Integrated School in Dagupan City was surrendered by his teacher when he was found in possession of one sachet of dried marijuana leaves.

Arrested in Barangay Amancosiling Norte, Bayambang was Dante Solomon, 46, for possessing two sachets of shabu while Benjie Aquino of Barangay Babasit in Manaoag was nabbed for two sachets of shabu found in him.

Freddie Bato of Nalsian Sur in Malasiqui was caught with one sachet of shabu while Eric Aspirin together with Gloria Liberato were nabbed selling three sachets of shabu. In Alcala, Edernaser Estacio of Poblacion East was arrested with three sachets of shabu.

In Binmaley, Dexter Espiritu of Caloocan Norte was caught with one sachet of shabu while Ranniel Sindayan of Poblacion East in Asingan was arrested for selling two sachets of shabu.

In Mangaldan, Rolly Calago of Malabago sold one sachet of shabu while Ricardo Tamondong of Nibaliw Sur in Bautista was arrested for having two sachets of shabu.

In Anda, Arthur Andajer of Tondol, was caught with one sachet of shabu while Ramil Ingaran of Baybay, Aguilar with one sachet of shabu;

Joey Petrola of Nilombot in Mapandan was nabbed for selling two sachets of shabu while in Villasis, Marvin Castillo of Barangay Piaz, with caliber 22 with ammunitions and a match box with dried marijuana leaves.

In Sta. Barbara, Paul Anthony Catandijun of Poblacion Norte was nabbed with two sachets of shabu while Ricardo Cervantes of Barangay Tamayo in San Carlos City was arrested for possessing with one sachet of shabu.

In Dagupan City, Jospeh Arcabado, a butcher and a newly identified drug personality attempted to sell one sachet of shabu while Angel Flores and Rey Arzadon of PNR Site, Mayombo District were caught separately with two sachets of shabu each.

Still in Dagupan City, Noel Zabala of Malued District, Dagupan City was caught with one sachet of shabu, Jhay-jay dela Cruz of Careenan St. Barangay Poblacion was nabbed with one sachet of shabu.

Cases of violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the suspects.

In drug clearing operations, PDEA Provincial Officer Dexter Asayco said still only 28 municipalities and one city in Pangasinan have been cleared of illegal drugs.
