THE WINNING DESIGN – This is the winning design of Clarence Mae A. Capua, a licensed professional teacher, who won in the 2018 Bangus Festival creative t-shirt design competition. This design along with the other winning designs will be printed and officially released on April 30 during the Bangusan Street Party Kalutan ed Dalan along the De Venecia Road. (CIO photo)
