4TH LEG MSTP GRADUATES. Some of the forty-five locals from Calasiao who have completed the Mobile Skills Training Project (MSTP) sponsored by the provincial government through the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) show their certificate of completion during their graduation ceremony held in Calasiao on April 12. Now on its 4th leg, the MSTP offered 22-day skills training in electrical installation and maintenance and basic carpentry to Calasiao townsfolk. /SMDG (Photo by JZPerez)
