Capoquian is new Urdaneta police chief

URDANETA City Police Station has a new chief of police in the person of P/ Superintendent Rollyfer Capoquian. He took over after a simple turnover of command ceremony on March 1.

Provincial Director Ronald Lee presided over the ceremony where P/Superintendent Neil Miro turned over his command to Capoquian as the city’s new chief of police.

P/ Chief Inspector Norman Florentino, public information officer of the Pangasinan Police Provincial Office, said the change of command was scheduled to give time for the schooling of Miro needed for his promotion.

Miro was assigned chief of police of Urdaneta last April 2017 while Capoquian served as the Chief of the Investigation Division of the Pangasinan PPO. (Nora Dominguez)
