TIME and again, the Philippine World Building and Construction Expo (WORLDBEX) has asserted its stature as a bastion of innovation in the field of construction and design. As it returns for its 23^rd edition, industry professionals, trade players, and enthusiasts can expect no less than an intersection of the latest technological developments and product innovations from the best companies with this year’s edition of WORLDBEX Lab.

5. Air-purifying paint and underwater sealant- capable of removing odor, deactivating bacteria and viruses, detoxifying air pollution, purifying air through CO2 absorption, and controlling humidity as much as it prevents dew condensation.
6. Thermowood -improves the wood’s properties and expands the range of application of the wood. Non-toxic and easy to install.
7. Granules coating system- a cost-effective solution for creating appealing and durable interior and exterior finishes on buildings, walls, and ground surface.
8. Versatile water tank- a long-lasting versatile tank which can be used for rain water collection or as a septic tank, waste water system, or a potable water tank.
9. Multilayer UV pipes- made from enhanced carbon black PPR resin that serves as a natural UV blocker that prevents photo-oxidation and photo-chemical delay.
