San Carlos City’s last drug HVT arrested

FINALLY DRUG-CLEARED

SAN CARLOS CITY–A high value target drug personality in the city was finally arrested by joint elements of the police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at his residence in Barangay Tandoc, San Carlos City at about 5:28 p.m. on Dec. 27..

The operatives implemented a search warrant issued by the court at the residence of the suspect, Frederick Rosario, alias Kape 38.

Seized in that raid were 16 transparent plastic sachets of shabu, one digital weighing scale, two tooters, four pieces of scissors, one improvised burner, one aluminum foil, three disposable lighters and three cellular phones.

Also seized were one hand gun (machine pistol marked Intratek), one rifle grenade, one live ammunition for Cal, 5.56, one ammunition for Cal, 7.56 and six ammunition of Ca. 38.

The search was witnessed by the suspect, a representative from the Department of Justice (DOJ) and barangay officials.

Rosario was brought to the San Carlos City Health Office for medical examination and subsequently to San Carlos CPS for processing while the seized items were brought to the PNP Crime Laboratory Office in Lingayen for laboratory examination.
