SIMBANG GABI SA KAPITOLYO. Governor Amado I. Espino, III and first lady Karina P. Espino (Upper photo) lead the offertory during the first Simbang Gabi held at the Capitol Plaza on December 15 which was attended by hundreds of Pangasinense Catholic devotees who are preparing for Christmas. Simbang Gabi is held every 5 o’clock in the afternoon and is sponsored by the different offices of the provincial government to include all 14 government hospitals and different schools as well. /SMDG (Photos by MVSadim)
