SGLG AWARD FOR PANGASINAN. Governor Amado I. Espino, III receives the SGLG Award from Secretary Francis Tolentino during the National Awarding Ceremony – North Luzon Cluster on November 27, at the Manila Hotel.Flanking them are (From L-R): Usec.
