GOV. ESPINO DISCLOSES PRIORITY PLANS FOR 2018. Governor Amado I. Espino III (center) bares priority programs and projects of the provincial government for 2018 before members of the Provincial Development Council (PDC) in a meeting held at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center on December 14. The governor disclosed that in the coming year the present administration will shift its focus from infrastructure development of all government hospitals in the province to manpower development to better serve the needy and sick Pangasinenses. Among other plans that the provincial chief executive mentioned was the acquisition of another set of asphalt pavers to be utilized for the construction/renovation of more provincial roads, school building construction and repairs and the construction of three important facilities– Abong na Dayew which is almost done, the Provincial Training and Development Center II, and Pangasinan Coliseum to be constructed at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) complex.
