PNP-A and B fives enter semis
IST INTER-AGENCY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
PNP-A remains undefeated in the quarterfinal rounds of the 1st Pangasinan Inter-Agency Basketball Tournament by demolishing Judiciary, 80-73, to bag the first slot of the semifinals in the First Pangasinan Inter-Agency Basketball Tournament held at Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) in Lingayen on October 14.
Its brother team PNP-B posted four wins and one loss (4-1) in the hands of PNP-A in the first day of the quarterfinal play-offs, gets the second berth (so far) by routing co-title contender PANELCO, 106-88.
Whatever the outcome of the two remaining games of the two crime-buster squads facing lowly rated DPWH and DEPED-P1 on October 20 and 21 are considered moot and academic.
Semi-final games will be on October 28 and November 3 while matches for the finals will be played on November 4, 10 and 17. (Jesus Gartcia Jr)
