ONE-LEGGED CYCLIST – Being a PWD does not keep Grygo Bolinas, 25, of Sta. Barbara, out of competitive cycling races. A cycling aficionado like PUNCHman and cycling champ Jess Garcia Jr., came to watch LNB Cycling Challenge. He joins fiesta races occasionally.
