REMEMBERING OUR HEROES – City Administrator lawyer Farah Marie G. Decano leads the wreath-laying ceremony at the foot of the monument of Dr. Jose P. Rizal during the commemoration on August 28 of the 2017 National Heroes Day on the theme “Kasaysayan: Susi sa Nasyonalismo’t Pambansang Kamalayan”.
