TURNOVER OF FARMING MACHINERIES TO 17 FARMERS’ GROUPS. Governor Amado I. Espino, III, Regional Director Narciso Edillo of Department of Agriculture (DA) and 4th district Board Member Liberato Z. Villegas flashes the Pangasinan number one sign after they led the turnover of P17-million worth of farm machineries funded through the Philippine Rural Development Program with counterpart fund from the provincial government and the Department of Agriculture. Seventeen organized farmers’ groups each received a set of farm mechanization service facilities at the Provincial Agriculture Center in Tebag, Sta.
