SOON TO BE REGULATED – Pedicabs and tricycles park in front of gate of Federico Ceralde Integrated School in Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City to pick up pupils and seat them in any way without any care for safety of the children. The situation may change soon if the Sangguniang Panlungsod adopts the proposed ordinance regulating the seating of children in pedicabs, tricycles & other modes of public transportation, including privately owned motorized bikes and vehicles in the city.
