DAGUPAN CITY– A one-day seminar to enable retailers in Pangasinan to boost their profitability, organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), in partnership with the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) on June 22 at the Star Plaza Hotel.

The seminar will include discussions on Modern Approaches in Managing Your Store towards Profitability and Improved Customer Service.

“The seminar will provide retailers, store owners and operation managers a guide to improve their inventory and sales management, customer interactions, staff management, and store maintenance and security,” Loresco told the ‘Pantongtongan Tayo’ radio program of PIA-Pangasinan aired last week.

Loresco added that international consultant and independent human resources trainer Francisco Dela Cruz, Jr. will be the seminar’s resource speaker. (PIA-Pangasinan/EMBS)
