14 babies born as city celebrates its 70th year anniversary

AS the city turned 70 on June 20, the City Health Office record 14 births in different hospitals and birthing stations here who qualified in the search for Platinum Baby.

Mayor Belen T. Fernandez along with Dr. Wendy Bernardino, event chair of the search for Platinum Baby, personally visited the hospitals to award the certificates and tokens to the lucky mothers.

Records show the first Platinum Baby was born at 12:20 a.m. of June 20 at Julie’s Paanakan, while the last one was born at 10:50 p.m. at the same birthing station.

The other babies were born at the Region 1 Medical Center, Medical City-Dagupan, Manon Care, Cuison-Zabala Birthing Station, and Marian Care Birthing Station.
