The 2nd Knowledge Co-Creation Program (Private Partnership) training is being held at Informatix Inc. in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa, seeks to improve the DRRM – related operations with the GeoCloud, a Geographic Information System (GIS) from Japan which was implemented in Pangasinan by the Japanese government through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

GeoCloud GIS allows users to manage data comprehensively for a more organized planning and resource utilization beneficial to disaster preparedness.

Also attending the training along with Espino and Board Member Angel Baniqued, Jr. are: Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rhodyn Luchinvar O. Oro, Management Information Services Officer Modesto Singson, Lingayen Mayor Josefina Castañeda and Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez.
