FOOD STALLS BUILDING INAUGURATION. Governor Amado ‘Pogi’ I. Espino III (top photo), Provincial Administrator Nimrod Camba and Rev. Fr. Allan Morris Abuan from Our Lady of Purification Parish led the blessing and inauguration of the newly-constructed building comprising three units of 9 food stalls located near the Pasalubong Center on May 15. Costing P2.5 million, the food stall is intended for small scale vendors who want to avail of a conducive place to sell their goods. Lower photos show the other two units. (Photo by Meinard V.
