BALON DAGUPAN NEWS

PHILSWIM CNL-CAR LEG – Swimmers from 19 different swimming clubs including the Balon Dagupan Swimming Club compete in the 2017 PhilSwim CNL-CAR Leg at the newly refurbished Dagupan City Pool Side as one of the features of the 2017 Bangus Festival.
