FREE CIRCUMCISION FOR INDIGENTS – The city government, under Mayor Belen T. Fernandez’s UnliSerbisyo Program in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas Medical Mission Inc., conducts a two-day free circumcision at the West Central 1 Elementary School for 1200 children. Minor operations for 400 pre-screened patients who have sebaceous cyst, warts, granuloma, papiloma, multiple epidermal cyst, baker’s cyst and lipoma were also done.
