FREE CIRCUMCISION FOR INDIGENTS – The city government, under Mayor Belen T. Fernandez’s UnliSerbisyo Program in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas Medical Mission Inc., conducts a two-day free circumcision at the West Central 1 Elementary School for 1200 children. Minor operations for 400 pre-screened patients who have sebaceous cyst, warts, granuloma, papiloma, multiple epidermal cyst, baker’s cyst and lipoma were also done. The UST Medical Mission Inc. is headed by Dr. William Olalia. He was joined by Dr. Bernardo Cuevas, Dr. Edgardo Orlina and other doctors, nurses from the UST Medical Mission Inc.
