ART & PHOTO EXHIBIT OPENING. Gov. Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III (center panel) together with 2nd District Representative Leopoldo N. Bataoil (left) and Commissioner Nida Vergara of the Pangasinan Historical and Constitutional Commission lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the “Panag-ARTe La and Photo Exhibit” on April 10 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center (PTDC). One of the highlights of the Pistay Dayat celebration, the exhibit features more than a hundred visual art pieces of Pangasinense artists and photographers. The exhibit will run until May 2.
