DAGUPAN IS FIRST RUNNER UP IN THE R1AA

DAGUPAN IS FIRST RUNNER UP IN THE R1AA – Dagupan is first runner-up in the recently concluded Region 1 Athletic Association Meet in Vigan, Ilocos Sur with 51 gold medals, 40 silver and 41 bronze medals. This is the city’s biggest medal haul ever.
