Gonzales, new Prov’l Population Officer
LINGAYEN- Ellsworth G. Gonzales was confirmed by Sangguniang Panlalawigan last week as the Provincial Population Officer.
Gonzales served as officer-in-charge of the Provincial Population Office (PPO) since 2013 prior to his present appointment as a Provincial Government Department Head (PGDH). He earned his bachelor’s degree in community development from the University of the Philippines – Diliman (1997) and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pangasinan (2003).
