CITY Mayor Belen T. Fernandez will depart for the United States on January 20 to join the official mission organized by the Department of Interior and Local Government to attend a forum on federalism and local governance on January 22 in Washington D.C.

Fernandez is only one of two city mayors joining the mission to be led by DILG Sec. Ismael Sueno.

In her absence, Vice Mayor Brian Lim will take over as acting mayor. (Leonardo Micua)
