DRUG-FREE BARANGAYS — Mayor Belen Fernandez signs the declaration affirming drug-free status for Barangays Pantal and Pogo Chico, in the presence of from (left) Supt. Neil Miro, chief of police; Pantal Barangay Chair Julie Perez and Pogo Chico Barangay Chairman Brian Kua.
