TOFF DE V STEPS UP FEEDING PROGRAM — Fourth District Rep. Christopher “Toff” de Venecia channeled the P1.4 million fund from the DSWD to day care centers in Manaoag, San Fabian, San Jacinto and Mangaldan to fund the supplemental feeding program of day-care children. The fund from DSWD was arranged De Venecia to ensure that the day- care children in the said towns are well-nourished.
